History
Christian Community Homes & Services (CCHS) was born out of the desire and need to have a nursing home remain in Hudson, WI. Launched by the Hudson United Methodist Church and supported by the Hudson community, what began as a skilled nursing community for seniors, has now turned into a full campus that includes both long-term and transitional care, along with, independent living in WinterGreen assisted living at Pine Ridge, and secure and safe memory care in Pine Ridge Gardens.
Just north of Hudson, our story continues in the charming town of Osceola where CCHS offers skilled nursing and assisted living, both conveniently adjacent to the Osceola Medical Center. Additionally, Evergreen Senior Living is located just minutes away as an option for seniors choosing a social lifestyle with care services available, by request.
The engaged team members of CCHS are nimble and able to customize care and attention for each of our residents, in the right way and time.
Leadership Team
Heidi McGeehan
Osceola
Heidi began working as the Campus Administrator at Christian Community Homes of Osceola and Hearthside Assisted Living in January of 2018. A few years later in 2021 Evergreen Senior Apartments was added to the community creating a full continuum of care campus in Osceola.
Heidi came to CCHS with 16 years of experience in the Human Service field from her work in Minnesota. Ready for a new challenge but wanting to utilize the experience gained over her career Heidi decided to expand her horizons in the human service field and in 2015 received her Master’s degree in Health and Human Service Administration. She then transitioned into long term care at CCHS, working with the senior population has been an inspiring experience and the lessons learned from the interactions she has had with employees and residents has been invaluable.
Heidi’s role at CCHS is to create a community, support system and experience for those living and working within her communities. It is her responsibility to ensure that the core values of CCHS; compassion, humor, accountability, integrity, and respect are exemplified in the actions of the team to ensure the highest quality of life for the individuals residing here while simultaneously creating a rewarding work experience/career.
Jennie Oman

Jennie began her career at CCHS in August 2006 while in nursing school. She started as a CNA and worked her way up through the nursing department. Before becoming the Campus Administrator in 2020, she was the Director of Nursing for 9 years. In her role as Campus Administrator, Jennie works closely with the department directors to ensure that CCH is meeting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of all the residents across the campus. Jennie also helps ensure CCHS is staying up-to-date and in compliance with the ever-changing regulations.
Jennie has always known she wanted work in the healthcare field and began working in long-term care when she was in high school. One of Jennie’s greatest achievements since working with CCHS is working with the CCHS team to get a perfect, cite-free survey!
Jennie lives locally with her husband, 2 boys, and dog Gus. In her “free” time, Jennie enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and attending her sons’ never-ending sporting events.

In 2022, Jenny was ready to re-enter the healthcare workforce and found CCH. At the same time, she was attending UWRF to obtain her Business Administration Management degree. She completed this degree in May 2023, while she continued to work as a RN for CCH.
Jenny will be taking on the role of the DON starting October 2023. She is excited to take all her experiences in health care, leadership and management and apply them to the already amazing work being done at Christian Community Homes.
Jenny lives in Hudson with her husband, children, and pets. She loves the Hudson community and thinks that having a senior living facility in our town is an important part of keeping Hudson vital and engaged with all its residents.

Katie Ostby
Hudson
It’s hard to believe that I began as a CNA at CCH working from 2002-2004. I worked many different shifts and met some wonderful residents and families. CCH gave me the ability to grow not only as a CNA but also personally. While I was a CNA I thoroughly enjoyed talking with the residents and getting to know them and their life experiences. Many had some wonderful stories they shared. In 2004 I shifted my career path and began to work at Merrick Inc., which is a Day Training and Habilitation Center providing support to individuals with developmental and mental disabilities.
Fast forward to 2022 and I am ready for the next chapter in my life as the Housing Director for Wintergreen. I have enjoyed getting to know the residence and building a rapport with each of them. Ensuring they have a safe, clean, and happy environment to live is my priority.
