Foundation
The Christian Community Campus Foundation was created to provide financial support to Christian Community Homes & Services so that they can better serve our senior population.
It is the goal of Christian Community Homes & Services to meet the needs of each resident in a way that is professional and loving, offering security as their needs change through life.
Mission Advancement
Christian Community Homes & Services (CCHS) was born out of the desire and need to have a nursing home remain in Hudson, WI. Launched by the Hudson United Methodist Church and supported by the Hudson community, what began as a skilled nursing community for seniors, has now turned into a full campus that includes both long-term and transitional care, along with, independent living in WinterGreen, assisted living at Pine Ridge, and a secure and safe memory care in Pine Ridge Gardens.
Just north of Hudson, our story continues in the charming town of Osceola where CCHS offers skilled nursing and assisted living, both conveniently adjacent to the Osceola Medical Center. Additionally, Evergreen Senior Living is located just minutes away as an option for seniors choosing a social lifestyle with care services available, on request.
The engaged team members of CCHS are nimble and able to customize care and attention for each of our residents, in the right way and at the right time.
Charitable Donations
With more than 40 years of providing quality care in our communities, CCHS has continued to enrich the lives of our older adult population in ways that feed the soul, offer visual enrichment, social opportunities, and, provide wellness both physically and spiritually. These opportunities, along with the passion and longevity of our team, are what differentiates CCHS from the mass of corporately run senior living communities.
Building A Legacy
Steeped in community support, CCHS has a rich history of providing the very best in professional, skilled care.
From beautiful gardens for residents to enjoy, social programming to include art, game-time, live music & sing-alongs, weekly happy hour, spiritual services, transportation, or time in our fitness center, all require financial strength and assistance from outside donors.
These opportunities, along with the passion and longevity of our team are what differentiates CCHS from the mass of corporately run senior living communities and are the first impressions of this comfortable space our seniors call home.
As we strive to care for our residents in every stage of life, the donor’s generosity plays a crucial part in allowing us to meet and exceed every resident’s experience. You too can help make a difference.

Friends Helping Friends Fund
Our team members who show up every day to provide life-honoring care for the people we serve can sometimes find themselves needing their own support. The Friends Helping Friends Fund is dedicated to helping them with financial emergencies. Although the fund was originally created for the recruitment of team members and recognition, the fund has evolved and now includes our employee assistance program. Your contribution is an impactful way to honor our everyday heroes.
Mission Forward Fund
Thanks to the generous support of donors and our team’s innovative spirit, we routinely identify the most significant challenges for older adults in our communities and face them head-on. Resources alone are not enough and neither is creativity. Together, the two are stronger and make a greater difference for the people we serve.
Other non-cash gifts are subject to review prior to acceptance to determine any restrictions, limitations, or obligations that would prevent the Foundation from readily converting the asset into cash. The Foundation will assist donors in making their gifts tax-deductible within the rules and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and the policies of CCHS and the Foundation. The Foundation may request the donor to pay costs and fees associated with accepting certain gifts. Such stipulations would be agreed upon in advance.
The Foundation reserves the right to deem specific donor restrictions for the use of donated funds as inappropriate to the needs of the communities served. The Foundation further reserves the right to review the source of donations to determine whether that source would be in any way inconsistent with the values and mission of the Foundation.
Helping Hands Scholarship Fund
CCHS employees have received assistance to follow their dreams of becoming nurses or furthering their careers in other areas with the help of our scholarships. Not only do we consider our employees, but we have also included the dependents of our employees.
