Volunteering
Volunteer opportunities
We are very blessed to have strong and devoted volunteers. Having so many dedicated volunteers not only allows us to offer more activity programming and allows us to do larger special events; but the knowledge to our residents that the community still cares and that they are still part of the community is a real benefit.
Our volunteers are a dedicated group of men, women, and students who provide such services as visiting, reading, and writing for our residents; delivering mail; escorting residents to and from activities, therapies, and worship services; and assisting with activity programs, special events, and programs. They also share their gift of musical and storytelling talents with residents.
Additional volunteer support is always needed. If you would like to be part of this very special group, please contact the Director of Life Enrichment at Hudson, 715-808-8730 & Osceola 715-294-1112
The most valuable thing volunteers bring to our campus is their smiles, compassion, and giving hearts.

What some of our volunteers had to say…
“Being a volunteer – along with my daughters – at Christian Community Home has enriched our lives way beyond what we ever envisioned. The residents feel like our extended family; and my daughters are always welcomed to hugs, encouragement, and support from their many “grandparents.” We have been forever and positively changed because of volunteering at Christian Community Home; and are so grateful each time we are able to spend time there.”
– Ann Rinkenberger with daughters Sophia and Olivia
Volunteering at CCHO is so much fun! There are many different activities to help out with and the staff is wonderfully friendly. Best of all, I love the smiles, laughs and hugs from all the residents!
